#Via Veneto: #Via Veneto: A beautiful smooth black highly-pigmented eye pencil. The formula goes on without tugging or pulling and stays put for ages. Easily sharpenable. I like to smudge mine for the smoky look. Tear resistant, my eyes are watery but this eye liner stays put, and it is easy to reapply in the areas that may need it.
Overall a great pencil and I highly recommend it.
